Pizza Hut

Me & my family ate here last night. Our server, I believe her name was Courtney, was polite, attentive & very helpful with our many questions. Our Food came quickly & was great! Friendly staff & good food!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I'm not one to complain but I specifically asked for ranch for my wings and marinara and they didn't bring it with our order on top of a much longer wait time than we were told ... plus the lady said she would bring us ranch and marinara and never did so don't go to this place they're very unprofessional, have horrible customer service and hire very dhitty,low class people who have already given up in this world and dont care about anything or anyone !

We live literally 15 seconds from the store, yet they continually cannot deliver a hot pizza to our house in a timely manner. They even called when leaving the store and didn’t get to us for 30 minutes and then were confused why we were upset about our pizza. I drove the cold pizza (and incorrect soda) back up to the store, and the manager looked at me like I was crazy, snatched the box from be and said “I’ll remake it.” That’s it. Thank you to the kind cashier who came out and actually apologized and gave the the owners number. Hopefully she will get promoted to manager soon since she at least has customer service skills. I’d be a lot less mad if the actual manager had given a damn.

Terrible service and bland food. When we arrived, there was hardly anyone there. It still took a few minutes before we were seated. Then we sat there for 14 minutes before the menus were brought to us and our drink orders were taken. There was a total of 3 tables to be waited on, so not a difficult task. After we ordered, the wrong pizza was placed on our table. Then part of our order was finally brought out and we were told the rest would arrive shortly. About 15 minutes later, I went up to the counter to ask about the second pizza and it was sitting on the warming rack. Someone brought it to our table and it had clearly been sitting there for quite a while. We ended up being inside the restaurant for 1 hr 20 mins. I definitely won't be going back to this location.

Normally this place is pretty good. Today, the experience was terrible. The manger guy told us when we came in he was about to restock the buffet, he didn't for the remaining 20 minutes and then closed it down so my wife didn't even eat. He took our drink order, never brought them. But he did have time to bussed our table as we were standing up to leave....Won't be going back to this location. The younger waitress did apologize for his actions and only charged us accordingly... So there is that.

Lunch Buffet is meh

Maybe bad day. no waitress service..got our own seat,fork. We got drinks about time we finished eating. Top it off didn't get the mother's day free meal

Food was ok, service was ok, no complaints.

Centralia Pizza Hut Fast and quality pizzas. Online 7.99 large 2 toppings is the way to go!

Worst customer service of any place anywhere I've ever been. Unacknowledged coming in even though they both looked at us. Sat ourselves and got buffet. Waitress and waiter both went around dining area multiple times. We sat 20 minutes before we were acknowledged. They were not exceptionally busy, either. The dining room was nearly empty before we we left. Drinks were just sat on end of table, plates were never removed, drinks were never refilled. Both working the floor were not friendly. Check was sat on table without a word from the waitress. Total was given by waiter when we went to pay without any other friendly service. To top it off we ended up being over charged.

The service was Superior. The manager went out of her way to arrange tables for our party of 10.....without being asked to do so.

Today they seems to be short of help, the buffet was either empty or dried up. Very unhappy today.

I enjoyed a nice lil bday bash for my cousin & overall the service was nice & friendly. The pizza was 🔥 & on time however the sweet tea was just plain disgusting😣

Pizza was dried out. Pasta was dried out. Salad was turning brown. Tomatoes looked horrible. Overall not what we were expecting. 2 drinks, 2 buffets with salad and spent 20.00..

Favorite pizza! Great variety!

Very unsatisfied! An hour and half wait for delivery - only one driver (?). Guess I'll order from Domino's.

Dissappointed in service and food.

Normally me and my two friends go in there at least once a week during lunch and we have our server Jamie which we love her she’s awesome! But today I went in around 11:07 and there were two younger workers standing there one there phones and I was standing there for a good 20 seconds before they even realized I had come in .. horrible customer service

I enjoy their lunch buffet. Everything is good. I just will not order off the menu because last time I did I had a waitress stand and argue with me about me not or

You know, I avoid chain restaurants. Typically you get cookie cutter food and half baked service. But, I moved and cleaned today and can't find anything to cook with it's buried in boxes. We went to eat at Pizza hut . Jetta was courteous, stayed on top of refills and brought out fresh hot food. Great execution Pizza hut team!

Good Service and pizza was fresh, even came in 10 mins before buffet was over.

They totally forgot to make one of our two pizzas.

We only go out to eat pizza for the Sunday lunch buffet. They have really cut back on the salad bar selections. There was no broccoli, cauliflower, olives, diced meat, sunflower seeds or cottage cheese. All the pizza choices had red sauce base. Chicken bacon ranch or an Alfredo sauce choice would have been appreciated.

Worst experience ever, this pizza hut is terrible. Took me an hour and a half to get my food when they said 45 minutes. Food was not hot they forgot my drink and my garlic butter. The 1 star is for the friendly staff

Buffet was okay, just wish they were faster at switching things out and not as reserved with bringing out desserts.

I know this is a few days late but this pizza hut and the manager working Friday night January 11th 2019 deserves a great review. Myself and a few others were snowed into the Fulton armory Friday night without food. We had ordered a few pizzas and the storm was only getting worse. They were going to cancel our delivery for the safety of their drivers. However, with our sistuation and the managers consideration, he personally delivered the pizzas to make sure we didnt go without something to eat that night. We just want to say thank you very much! Keep up the great work.

Had to wait at window for 15 plus mins.. tried to call to get someone but I got a call center. The transfer never got answered!!

I ordered a pizza online. Called the store immediately because I needed to fix my ordered. The first time it rang 8 or 9 times and then I hung up and called again. This second time I called the phone rang 5 times and it was picked up and then I was hung up on. I called back again a THIRD time and was once again hung up on. After this point I was pretty peaved and drove up to the store. I sat at the front desk for 5 minutes until I was helped. I asked to speak to the Manager Faye. She was annoyed by my presence, did not offer anything to help and then walked away from me. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone and I LOVE Pizza Hut. I will go to it over any other chain pizza place. I went to Domino's on this occasion and will not be coming back to this Pizza Hut. Luckily, when I called corporate Pizza Hut they were very helpful, and while this particular Fulton store has lost a customer, Pizza Hut as a company has not.

Staff knows nothing. WiFi password did not work and they didn't know how to make it work. Waitress was terrible. Couldn't remember to bring straws or anything so she had to make multiple trips when one was necessary. Won't be going back there. Good was good tho.

Good service need a little more variety on buffet especially on salad bar

I have been here once. The service was slow. I was basically waiting on my own table. I would refill the drinks. We ordered two pizzas, and I had to get them both from the counter. Go to dominos.

Manager is a big bitchy troll. And food has hair in it. Very high prices. When Columbia has large pizzas for 5.99ea carry out only. Futons cheapest pizza is 12.99 for large and ends up 15 something after tax. The manager will turn down service be cause she supposedly can't break a 100 bill. Won't be going back!

The lunch buffet is definitely the best deal and it's nice they have a punch card.
